From the founders

A different kind of gym.

We started Revamp because we wanted somewhere people felt safe to train alongside a supportive, small community, with no judgement.

Big gyms have become faceless and crowded, more about the number of members than the members themselves. We keep capacity small on purpose, so everyone feels like they belong. Expert coaching, nutrition support, and a community that celebrates wins inside the studio and out.

Honest answers to the questions we hear most.

  • How does Revamp work?
    You train in small groups, coached every session. The whole group works through the same coach-led programme, with every exercise scaled to your body and any limitations. Not a class. Not a free-for-all. Sessions run mornings from 6am to 1.30pm and evenings from 5.30pm. Most members do two or three a week, booked through the Revamp app.
  • Is Revamp suitable if I'm new to the gym, or coming back after a long break?
    Honestly, that's exactly who Revamp is built for. The coach scales every exercise to where you're starting, so you're never lost or pushed too hard. Plenty of our members hadn't trained in years, or had never set foot in a gym, before they joined.
  • How long until I'll feel and see results?
    Members often notice changes within the first two weeks if they commit to two or three sessions and follow the coaching. Sleeping better, more energy, feeling stronger on the stairs. The deeper changes come over months, not weeks, as part of a sustainable lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
  • What if I have injuries or health concerns?
    Tell us on the consultation. Every exercise is scaled around what your body can do today, and adjusted as you progress. We've coached members through replaced hips, post-surgery recovery, long-standing back issues, and a lot more.
  • What makes Revamp different from a normal gym?
    You're never on your own with a machine and a YouTube video. Every session is coach-led. Every exercise is scaled to you. And the people training next to you become the reason you keep showing up.
