Revamp is small group personal training, led by a coach every session. You’re guided through the workout, exercises are tailored to you, and you train alongside a small group for accountability and support.
Yes. Many members join feeling nervous or out of practice. Sessions are adapted to your ability, injuries, and confidence level. There’s no pressure to “keep up” or perform.
Most members attend 2–3 sessions per week. With consistency, many people start feeling stronger and more confident within the first few weeks.
Our coaches adapt exercises to work around injuries and limitations. Everything is scaled to you, and we’ll talk through your history before you start.
You’re never left to figure things out on your own. Every session is coached, numbers are capped, and the focus is on long-term progress, community, and feeling good in yourself.
Pricing depends on your goals, availability, and how much support you need. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all memberships. Everything is discussed during a short consultation so we can make sure Revamp is the right fit for you before you commit.
